He was predeceased by: his parent John S. Nay; and his brothers, William E. Nay and Alan R. Nay. He is survived by: his parent Mary Loretta Nay (Worthington); his spouse Bernice L. Nay (McGee); his children, Janice N. Sortman (Donald) and Ronald M. Nay (Patricia); his grandchildren, Joshua J. Nay (Kathy), Benjamin A. Sortman (Margaret), Colleen P. Nay and Kacy N. Gehrens (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Allie, Zackary, Charleigh Gehrens, Miriam II and John "Jack" Malcom Nay II; his sister Margaret Hawn Miller; and his sister-in-law Dolores McGee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
