She was predeceased by: her parents, Americo Pennacchia and Ackla D'Orsi Pennacchia; and her husband John K. Zachos. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia (Edward Cashman) and Stephanie (Robert Macfarlane); and her grandchildren, Connor Macfarlane (Jenna), Madeline Macfarlane, Shelby and Shane Cashman. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
