She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen L. Gentry and Mary Ann Gentry (Gibson); her husband David Allen Cook, Jr.; and her children, David (Beverly), Stephen (Victoria), John (Jessica) and Mary Ann McLean (Andrew). She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
