It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Patricia Carleton (Newtown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey. She is survived by: her daughter Gaye Carleton; her son-in-law James Citkovic of New York City; her granddaughters, Jennifer Carleton and Christine Carleton of Philadelphia; her parents, Miriam H. Vandegrift and Albert J. Vandegrift; her spouse George Carleton; her grandmother Mary T. Hillborn; her aunt Edna H. Hillborn; Miriam H. Vandegrift.
