He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Mongillo; and his nephew Christopher Mongillo. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas, Katlyn Mongillo, Miranda Mongillo and Victor Velazquez; his grandchildren, Kylie and Kinsley; his mother Margaret Mongillo; and his siblings, Raymond Mongillo (Sue), Loretta Mongillo, Mark Mongillo (Joyce) and Monica Mongillo.
