We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2020, Robert Ballinger (Newtown, Pennsylvania), born in Bensalem, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ballinger and Elizabeth Lewis Fredenburg; and his brother Stanley Moan. He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Fredenburg Ballinger; his children, Janice Frame (Timothy) of Philadelphia and Robert Ballinger Jr. (Monika) of Newtown; his daughter-in-law Paula Ballinger; his grandchildren, Katie Ann, Matthew, Daniel, Brendan and Michael; his great grandchild Lucy Savannah; and his siblings, Lewis Ballinger, William Moan and Nancy Gross. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
