She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Shaffer and Georgia Shaffer; and her siblings, Eleanor Aspen and Thomas Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Grover Friend; her daughter Jennifer Eberle; her grandson Shane Eberle (Kaley Willaert); her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Shaffer, Joyce and Jon Hooton; her close friend Donna Jenkinson; and her friends, Shirley, Nancy and Jan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emilie Methodist Church (7300 New Falls Rd, Levittown, PA 19055). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emilie United Methodist Church (7300 New Falls Rd, Levittown, PA 19055).
