He is survived by: his daughters, Nadine Applegate and Robyn Tait (Brian G.); his granddaughter Dakota Applegate; and his brothers, John Witt Jr. (Carolyn) and Martin Witt (Dottie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
