He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Anne, Deborah (Harold), Patricia and John (Kathy); his daughters, Jennifer Sullivan (Joseph), Carrie Simpson (Mark) and Stephanie Chilcote; and his grandchildren, Connor (Beth), Cody, Stephan, Hailey, Kevin and Alec.
