He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Melsky and Ruth Melsky; and his wife Louise. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Anne, Deborah (Harold), Patricia and John (Kathy); his daughters, Jennifer Sullivan (Joseph), Carrie Simpson (Mark) and Stephanie Chilcote; and his grandchildren, Connor (Beth), Cody, Stephan, Hailey, Kevin and Alec.

Memorial contributions in Stephen's name may be made to the Bucks County 4-H; PO Box 67 East Greenville, PA 18041.
