It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Stapleton of Newtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carver Pusey, Jr. and Margaret Andre Roberts Mason; her sister Margaret "Polly" Myer; her cousins, Anne "Binnie" Corson Waugh and Elizabeth Corson; and her uncle Charles W. Roberts Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Stapleton; her grandchildren, Trevor Morrisey of Cambridge, MA, Diana and Timothy Stapleton of West River, MD; her sibling's children, Dr. Elizabeth Myer of Youngstown, OH, Ruth Cobb of Stow, OH, Margaret Myer of Rochechouart, France and Johnny Corson of Pottstown, PA; her cousins, Wilson Roberts of Greenfield, MA, Mary Hunter of Beach Haven, NJ, St Pete Beach and Charles Joseph Roberts of Reno, NV.; her stepfather Cloyd A. Mason; and also Madelene Roberts of Newtown, PA.. She is also survived by her mother, aunt and uncle and grandparents.
Memorial contributions may be made to Camp Onas, where she spent many happy summers as a camper and counselor.
