He is survived by: his wife Audrey Brostrom Rowe; his significant other Joan; his children, Karen Rowe Rader, Bill III (Doylestown) and Jeff (North Wales); and his grandchildren, Dan Rader, Dave Rader (Sarah), Kristen Rowe and Jon Rowe. He is also survived by 8 siblings, he leaves many cousins, nephews and nieces.
