She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vernon and Helen Elizabeth Gates (Rich); her sister Virginia "Tootsie" Gates; her son-in-law Rich Jarvie; and her brother-in-law Gerald "Jerry" Perpetua.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Vincent Perpetua, Jr.; her daughters, Susan Hissick (Robert), Catherine Perpetua, Merry Ann Karas (Ed), Karen Norberg (Eric) and Bonnie Taft (Brad); her grandchildren, Michelle Miller (Adam), Morgan Bennett (Anthony), Max Hissick, Brian Bethke, Emma Bethke, David Karas (Haley), Sara Norberg and Alicia Norberg (John Benge); her sister-in-law Filomena Perpetua; and her sibling's children, Michael Perpetua (Meredith) and Amy Perpetua. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
