She is survived by: her husband Robert V. Waggoner; her children, Troy Waggoner of Newville, Tina Smith (Jason) of Mechanicsburg and Tony Waggoner (Ellen) of Chambersburg; and her siblings, Randy Barrick (Betty) and Vera Egolf (Robert) of Carlisle. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren.
