She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Negley. She is survived by: her mother Fay Negley (Gutshall) of Newville; her daughter Ashley F. Kulp, Jr. (Russell) of Newville; her brother William Negley (Juanita) of Newville; and her grandchildren, Russell Kulp, III and Tessa Kulp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (210 Brick Church Rd, Newville, PA 17241).
