He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Dumm and Gertrude Dumm (Weiland); his wife Joan C. Dumm (Long); and his siblings, Harry, George Dumm, Helen Marie, Louise Dumm, Marie Krevel, Rose Strenko, Grace Miller, Theresa Yeager and Margaret Farabaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent (Kathryn), Bernard (Jamie), Sandra (Richard McConnell), Stephen (Loraine) and Rose (Brian Zabela); and his sister Mary Ann Weinzierl. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
