We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2021, at the age of 95, Evelyn Fresh of Nicktown, Pennsylvania, born in Spangler, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Fresh to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Stuart and Myrtle Stuart (Wyland); her husband John J. Fresh; her grandson Jeff Strittmatter; her daughter-in-law Kathy Fresh; and her siblings, Joseph Stuart and Jean Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Fresh, Denise Strittmatter (John), John "Jack" Fresh (Mary Levan), Bruce Fresh (Linda) and Virginia; and her siblings, Ann (Len), Dorie Burkhart (Fred) of Tallmadge, OH, Janet Yannella (Tony) and James Stuart (Karen). She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Evelyn's memory to St. Nicholas Church Restoration Project, St. Nicholas Catholic School, or Bishop Carroll Catholic High School.
