He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Walters, Sr. and Arlene Walters (Renn). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Churba; his children, Kimberly Moore (Patrick) and Jason Walters of Nisbet; his grandchildren, Megan Moore Sullivan (Alex), Nolan Moore, Ella Moore, Hanah Walters, Hunter Walters and Lexi Walters; and his great grandchild Owen Patrick Sullivan.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Parish (5973 Jacks Hollow Rd, Williamsport, PA 17702). The military honors was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Ray's name to UPMC Hospice, Delaney Heller Foundation, St Jude Children's Hospital, and Tunnel to Towers Foundation t2t.org.
