He is survived by: his wife Susan Picard; his daughters, Margaret (Meg) and Kristin Kelly (Christoper Costigan); his grandchildren, Madeleine Picard Pritchard, Olivia Russell Pritchard, Emma Rose Kelly and Jack Thomas Kelly; and his friend Buddy.
