It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori A. Tellez (Norristown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Chermansky. She is survived by: her husband Guillermo Tellez; her mother Diane M. Jacquot of East Norriton; her children, Samantha Blazo (Tyler Childress) of Norristown, John "Buddy" Bolt Jr. of Norristown, Callie Chermansky (Robert Voroscak) of Croydon and Enrique Escobedo Jr. (Sam Plotts) of Norristown; her siblings, Cristina Winchester (Jamie) and Jim Grisdale (Renee); her grandson John Singleton III; and her children, Gigi, Sassy, Macie, Tom and Sissy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
