He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Moreno Rosas and Aurelia Avila Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Gonzalez Gil; his children, Rafael, Juan Javier, Roberto, Julio Cesar, Sylvia, Beatriz, Ma Guadalupe and Hermila; and his siblings, Roberto, Maria Elena, Hermila and Carmela.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patricks Church (714 DeKalb St, Norristown, PA 19403).
