It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte K (Winter) Bernsley of North East, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Karl Winter and Charlotte Winter (Mohr); her husband Richard A. Bernsley; and her brothers, Hubert, Werner and Erwin Winter.
She is survived by : her children, Dale Bernsley of Erie and Cathy Doolittle (Brent) of North East; her grandchildren, Rebecca Whitman (Scott) of North East, Steven Bernsley (Jenni) of Erie, Melissa Conway (Ryan) of North East, Katie Rougeux (David) of North East and Matthew Doolittle of North East; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Nathan, Noah and Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
