He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Luis Montalvo and Suzanna Rodriguez; and his siblings, Jose Montalvo and Wendy Montalvo. He is survived by : his children, Miguel Luis, Juan, Jr., Bryant O'Neal Montalvo and Eleanor Montalvo; his siblings, Angel Luis, Jesus Manuel Montalvo, Miriam, Carmon, Bruny and Angelica Montalvo; his granddaughter Nora Montalvo; his nephew Bryan Gaston; and his niece Jamille Gandia.
