He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin L. Pickett and Doris E. Redeker (Chauncey); his uncles, Jerry Janes (Jess) and William Janes; his grandparents, Ford, Margarette Janes, Stanley E. Wakley, Hazel H. Wakley, William and Nanci Miller; and his stepfather William Greiner II.

He is survived by : his pet Marjorie; and his brothers, Terry Pickett Wollongong (Mimi) and William Greiner III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

“Vic was one of a kind, but perfectly matched, and supported, by his high school sweetie, Marjorie. He lived it to the full and made no apologies. If Vic had your back, there were no worries. We'll miss him. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you, Marjorie, the love of his life, and Terry, we share some of the same memories of Vic don't we old buddy, and Billy wherever you are these days.
