It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia L Banks of North East, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Louis and Henriette McCombs (Biermann); her husband William P. Banks; and her son Robert L. Banks. She is survived by: her son David Patrick Banks (Lynn Anne) of Richmond, VA.; her daughter-in-law Donna Banks of North East; her grandchildren, Robert W. (Hana), Krista (Houston), Anne (Taylor), Allyson (Chris) and Ashley (Phillip); and her great grandchildren, Louis, Audrey, Adam, Bodie, Jacob and Caleb.
