She was predeceased by : her parents, John Herold and Florence Hufand Herold; her husband John "Jack" Lewis; her son Dennis Lewis; and her siblings, Robert, Edmond, John Herold, Althea Dick, Anita Dias and Alice Spahr.

She is survived by : her children, Dana Lewis (Susan), Donnie Lewis (Debra), David Lewis (Cathy), Denise Cole (Tom) and Debbie Hardy (Bob); her daughter-in-law Regina Lewis; and her grandchildren, Shelly Swartz, Shawn Lewis, Victoria Hillier, Randy Fischer, Bruce Hamilton, Eric Hamilton, Adam Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Brianna Lewis, Emily Hardy, Rachel Ramsey, Carrie Hardy, Chad Lewis, Drew Lewis and Ailleen Stanish. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
