He was predeceased by: his parents, George Welsch and Matlida Breeger Welsch; his son Dale; and his brothers, George Jr. and Robert C. Welsch.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Welsch (Tietze); his daughter Roxanne Anson; his daughter-in-law Roberta Welsch; his granddaughter Kristen (Scott); his great grandchild Tyler; and his nephew Barry Welsch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made Circleville United Methodist Church.
