She was predeceased by: her parent Steve Kochis; her husband George Boettner; and her grandson Benjamin A. Boettner. She is survived by: her parent Meliva Kochis (Rodgers); her children, Mark Boettner of North Huntingdon, Alfred Boettner (Denise) of Jeannette, David Boettner (Lisa) of Hermine and Rita Boettner of West Newton; her grandchildren, Mark, Brianna, Nathan, Julia, George II, Holly and Roxanne; and her great grandchildren, Brian, Paige and Amiah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
