He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Germuska and Mary Germuska; his wife Mary Ann Kosanovic Germuska; and his son Gregory Germuska. He is survived by: his stepmother Barbara; his siblings, Harry, John, Elizabeth, Emma, Alice, Sophie, Margaret and Olga; his sons, Dan Germuska (Kim Badstibner), Dane Germuska (Shani) and Jeff Germuska (Michelle); his grandchildren, Megan Connelly (Brian), Kami Diaz Bucio (Misael), Staci Lachimia (Norm), Shae Germuska, Danae Evans (Ernie), Jeffrey Germuska (Nikki Shelton) and Allie Germuska (Ryleigh); and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Kailyn, Tristen, Gavin, Nathan, Kasen, Normie, Nico, Roman, Leo and Riggs.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church (200 Leger Rd, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Donald's name to the Westmoreland County Food Bank or Norwin Area Meals on Wheels.
