She was predeceased by: her husband Jon; her daughter Dawn Ann; and her grandson Alex Krivoniak. She is survived by: her sister Marg Buck; her children, Neal (Margie) and Diane Krivoniak (Dan); her grandchildren, Lelia Warden, Martine Krugh (John), Landon Warden, Shane Warden, Crista Krivoniak, Tyler Warden (Jenny) and Alexa Krivoniak; and her great grandchildren, Brynna, Lennon, Vance, Virginia and Sadie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Donna's name to the American Stroke Association.
