She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Miller and Helen Dedo Miller; her husband Lester N. Tylavsky; and her brother Raymond Miller. She is survived by: her sister Beatrice Simon (Albert). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Westmoreland County Humane Society.
