He was predeceased by: his spouse Anna Mae Kuntz (Jurison); and his grandchild David. He is survived by: his children, Edward (Linda), Carol Ann Brick (Dave) and David Andrew Kuntz (Pamela); his grandchildren, Melissa, Nichole, Josh, Jamie and Jason; and his great grandchild Andrew. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
