He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Sr. Loughner and Cecelia V. Loughner (Morchied); and his siblings, Patricia Tabler and William Loughner. He is survived by: his wife Susan I. Loughner (Smay); his children, Susan Gracan (Jonathan) of North Huntingdon and Warren Gephart (Tina) of Australia; his grandchildren, Jerry Wright (Heather), Brittney Stefancis, Alanna Neidigh, Jenna Gephart and Liam Gephart; and his brothers, Lawrence Loughner of Fl and Robert Loughner of Allentown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
