He was predeceased by: his parent Lester Waugh. He is survived by: his parent Louise Waugh (Schultz); his wife Kathy L. Waugh (Ralph) of North Huntingdon; his daughter Britt Waugh; his sister Trish Radican; his siblings-in-law, Irene Johnson, Marion Baker (Frank) and Gomer Ralph (Arlene); and his nieces, Tara, Jamie and Jess.
