He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Maloney and Ernesta Guardasoni Maloney; and his siblings, Raymond Maloney (Dorothy) and Elaine Churchfield (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Darla Thorne Maloney; his children, David Maloney (Jessica), Lori Hinish (Bill) and Shelly Maloney; his grandchildren, Melissa Hamilton (Heath), Jennifer Walley (John) and Cooper Brooks Maloney; and his great grandchildren, Allie Mae and John William.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the West Newton Cemetery (210 Vernon Dr, West Newton, PA 15089).
