Lawrence Mascara Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Mascara of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Mascara and Theresa Mascara; and his siblings, Donald Mascara (Josie), Eugene Mascara (Rose), Phillip Mascara (Amy), Joseph Mascara (Jan), Ernie Mascara and Nancy Goerl (Joe).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Mascara (Russo); his children, Luann Deak, Anthony P. (Tony) and Richard (Rick); his brother-in-law Joseph Russo (Moni); his grandchildren, Nichole, Carly, Haylee, Anna and Lyla; and his great grandchildren, Araya, Braylon, Paislee, Gyanna and Christopher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (11400 St Agnes Ln, Irwin, PA 15642). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital for his love of children.
