She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Slonska; her husband Edward A. Piesik; and her siblings, Walter Slonska, Josephine "Jay" Kukurine, Angela "Nellie" Zivkovic and Helen Kwolkoski.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Slonska (Penar); her children, Bernard E. Piesik (Mary Ellen) of Irwin and Kathy P. DiDonato (David) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Jaime Springel (Rick) of Latrobe and Kathryn Rossetti (Rob) of North Huntingdon; and her great grandchildren, Monica, Laynie, Alyssa and Robbie.
The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Agnes Catholic Church 11400 St. Agnes Lane, North Huntingdon PA 15642.
