She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Petrosko; and her husband John Lazar Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Mary Petrosko (Hrascs); her children, John Robert Lazar (Cindy), Patricia Wheaton (Claude), Pauline Saxman (James) and Maryann Hart (Joseph); and her siblings, Peter (Joan), Robert (Peggy), Joseph (Paula) and Patricia Simmers (Clyde). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
