He was predeceased by: his parent Cornelius "Con"; his daughter-in-law Lisa Monte Stack; and his sister Dolores Oberly. He is survived by: his parent Mary Audley Stack; his spouse Mary Ann Mackanin Stack; his children, Patrick J. Stack Jr. of North Huntingdon, Gail Fiorito (Bryan) of Monroeville and Casey Roberts (Shawn) of Murrysville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kyle, Abby, Brody, Devin and Nicholas; and his siblings, Mary Connie Mulvihill (Robert), Maggie Allbee (Elmer) of Karns City, Cassie Hyatt of Reading and Regina Stack (Paul).
