He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Petruski (Novak); his children, Jeff Petruski, Gary Petruski and Melanie Forbes (William); his grandchildren, Kari Petruski of Ashley Forbes and Robert Petruski of Ashley Forbes; and his siblings, Thomas Petruski (Judy) and Mary Sita (Ralph).
