She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Ring. She is survived by: her parent Mary Agnes Ring (Willis); her husband Willis E. Lowe; her children, Traci Steffey (Shawn) of Manor and Steven Lowe (Diane) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Nicole, Shawna, Steven, Sierra and Sidney; and her siblings, Mary Wentroble and John Ring (Pamela).
