He was predeceased by: his parent Ignatius Kruszyna; and his siblings, Joseph Kruszyna, Robert Kruszyna and Helen Dunn. He is survived by: his parent Frances Kruszyna (Antczak); his wife Harriet Kruzynski Kruszyna; his children, Linda K. Simmeth (Michael) and Richard M. Kruszyna (Patricia); and his grandsons, Richard Kruszyna and Michael Kruszyna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
