He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Whirlow and Josephine Whirlow. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dolence; his children, Mary McCardle of Monroeville, Harry Dolence (Tracy) of North Irwin and Tim Dolence of North Irwin; his grandchildren, Matt McCardle, Hunter Dolence, Alycia Shawley, Dean Dolence and Colton Dolence; his brother Merle Whirlow (Bonnie) of Greensburg; and his nephews, Craig Whirlow, Eric Whirlow (Trish) and Mark Whirlow (Heather).
