He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Noll; and his siblings, Donald Noll and Alberta Culbertson. He is survived by: his parent Anna E. Noll (Austin); his wife Philomena Rizzo Noll; and his children, Thomas Noll (Marie), Robert Noll (Andrea), Martin Duffy (Lisa), James Duffy (Peggy), Patrick Noll (Carol) and Diane Mance (Joel). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
