He was predeceased by: his parent William Waugaman; and his siblings, Es Fohner, George Rain, Russell Rain and Loretta Waugaman.
He is survived by: his parent Blanche Waugaman (Ralph); his wife Valerie M. Waugaman (Lakatosh); his children, Jodi L. Supko (Jerome) and Chad W. Waugaman; and his grandchildren, Kira Zyvith, Brady Waugaman and Travis Waugaman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
