She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Mary; her former husband William S. Caputo; her brother Michael J. Corrigan; and her son Christopher.
She is survived by: her son William E. Caputo (Susan) of Naperville, IL; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Katherine, Kaleb and Christopher; her sister-in-law Lena Corrigan of Ellwood City; and her nephews, Michael Corrigan and Robert Corrigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Mary Anne's name to the Ellwood City Area Public Library.
