She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. and Carrie V. Sigmon (Hefner); her spouse James B. Tubbs, Sr.; her brothers, Ray Sigmon and James B. Sigmon (Mildred); and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Tubbs (Elizabeth), Margaret McNiece (Joseph), Jean Petrow Dunlap and Mildred Reusch (George).
She is survived by: her grandmother Edie; her children, James B. Tubbs, Jr. (Ann) and Yvonne Jazwinski (Gene); her sisters, Ruby Wallace and Norma Jean Harris (Wilson); her grandchildren, Melissa Moore (Jason), Yvonne Tubbs, Gene Jazwinski, Jr. (Jennifer), Robert Jazwinski and Jessica Bailey (Claude); and her great grandchildren, Alexis Tubbs, Malik Ridgley, Kendall Bailey, Quinten Bailey, Juliet Jazwinski, Joslyn Jazwinski, Jade Jazwinski and Jemma Jazwinski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
