She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kuzma and Mary Kuzma (Sopko); and her husband William R. Bellis. She is survived by : her sister Irene Colaric; her children, William G. Bellis (Kathleen) of North Huntingdon, Mark A. Bellis of North Versailles, Paul E. Bellis of North Versailles and Christine L. Bellis of North Versailles; and her grandchildren, William R. and Rebecca M. Bellis. She is also survived by her sons and daughter and nieces and nephews.
