He was predeceased by: his parents, William Welsh and Mildred Welsh; his wife Alicia Welsh; and his son John. He is survived by: his daughters, Mariann Knoll and Karen Laub (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kevin Knoll (Kerri), Kelly Boyle (Pat), John Knoll (Cait), Jill McGovern (Chad), Maddie Laub and Jack Welsh; his siblings, Howard Welsh and Arlene Michener; and his sisters-in-law, Joann Cliggett (Mike) and Susan Hoffman. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
