She was predeceased by: her parents, Jamison Hurst and Helen Hurst. She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Lynn Attanasio (Michael), Karen O'Hara (Joe), Kimberly Blacher (Phil) and Lorrie Ann Stolz (Paul); and her sibling Marlyn Kitts. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
